Support Workers, PSWs\uff0c\u4fd7\u7a31\u201c\u91ab\u7642\u8b77\u5de5\u201d)\u7684\u7121\u511f\u52de\u52d5\uff0c\u6b63\u5728\u88dc\u8cbc\u5b89\u5927\u7565\u7701\u7684\u5c45\u5bb6\u8b77\u7406\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u591a\u502b\u591a\u793e\u6703\u898f\u5283\u6a5f\u69cb(Social Planning Toronto)\u548c\u591a\u502b\u591a\u90fd\u6703\u5927\u5b78(TMU)\u7684\u5a1c\u5967\u7c73\u00b7\u840a\u7279\u66fc(Dr. Naomi Lightman)\u535a\u58eb\u767c\u5e03\u4e86\u4e00\u4efd\u6df1\u5165\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u8abf\u67e5\u4e8625\u4f4d\u64d4\u4efb\u91ab\u7642\u8b77\u5de5\u7684\u79fb\u6c11\u5973\u6027\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002\u85aa\u916c\u4e0d\u8db3\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u91cf\u5927\u5230\u7121\u6cd5\u61c9\u4ed8\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u5979\u5011\u9762\u81e8\u7684\u6700\u5927\u6311\u6230\u4e4b\u4e8c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u96d6\u7136\u91ab\u7642\u8b77\u5de5\u6709\u6642\u6703\u88ab\u4eba\u8aa4\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u8b77\u7406\u54e1(Caregiver)\uff0c\u4f46\u524d\u8005\u6709\u6b63\u5f0f\u7684\u91ab\u5b78\u57f9\u8a13\uff0c\u800c\u5f8c\u8005\u6c92\u6709\u3002\u91ab\u7642\u8b77\u5de5\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u91ab\u9662\u3001\u9577\u671f\u8b77\u7406\u9662\u3001\u9000\u4f11\u4e4b\u5bb6\u548c\u96c6\u9ad4\u5bbf\u820d\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u5979\u5011\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u5167\u5bb9\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u65bc\u5065\u5eb7\u76e3\u6e2c\u3001\u500b\u4eba\u8b77\u7406\u3001\u63d0\u9192\u670d\u85e5\u548c\u5e6b\u52a9\u884c\u52d5\u4e0d\u4fbf\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u751a\u81f3\u53ef\u4ee5\u8aaa\uff0c\u91ab\u7642\u8b77\u5de5\u662f\u5c45\u5bb6\u8b77\u7406\u7684\u652f\u67f1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5831\u544a\u6307\u51fa\uff0c2023\u5e74\u81f32024\u5e74\uff0c\u91ab\u7642\u8b77\u5de5\u70ba\u5b89\u7701\u5c45\u6c11\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5927\u7d043670\u842c\u5c0f\u6642\u7684\u8b77\u7406\u670d\u52d9\u3002\u4f46\u6b63\u5982\u5831\u544a\u4f5c\u8005\u8c9d\u7d72\u00b7\u5a01\u723e\u905c(Beth
