2025 \u5e74\u9810\u7b97\u6848\u4e2d\u4e00\u9805\u96b1\u85cf\u689d\u6b3e\uff0c\u9ad8\u7b49\u9662\u6821\u5b78\u751f\u901a\u904e\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u52a9\u5b78\u91d1 (CSG) \u7372\u5f97\u7684\u8cc7\u91d1\u5c07\u6703\u5927\u5e45\u7e2e\u6e1b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u6230\u7565\u5354\u6703 (HESA) \u7e3d\u88c1 Alex Usher \u8aaa\uff1a\u201c\u9019\u4e5f\u5c31\u610f\u5473\u7740\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u5f88\u591a\u5b78\u751f\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5b78\u6821\u751f\u6d3b\u5c07\u6703\u66f4\u52a0\u7cdf\u7cd5\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u52a9\u5b78\u91d1 \uff08CSG\uff09\u662f\u70ba\u70ba\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u653f\u5e9c\u70ba\u4e2d\u4f4e\u6536\u5165\u5bb6\u5ead\u5b78\u751f\u8a2d\u7acb\u7684\u52a9\u5b78\u91d1\u3002\u6240\u6709\u5b78\u751f\u5728\u7533\u8acb\u7701\u6216\u5730\u5340\u52a9\u5b78\u91d1\u6642\u90fd\u6703\u81ea\u52d5\u63a5\u53d7CSG\u7684\u8cc7\u683c\u8a55\u4f30\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u5361\u5c3c\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u65b0\u9810\u7b97\u6848\u4e2d\uff0cAlex Usher\u8aaa\uff0c\u4ed6\u767c\u73fe\u672a\u4f86\u5e7e\u5e74\u6c92\u6709\u70ba\u52a9\u5b78\u91d1\u9810\u7559\u984d\u5916\u7684\u8cc7\u91d1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u600e\u9ebc\u8aaa\u5462\uff1f\u81ea2020\u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u64a5\u51fa\u984d\u5916\u8cc7\u91d1\uff0c\u5c07\u52a9\u5b78\u91d1\u5f9e3000\u52a0\u5143\u63d0\u9ad8\u5230\u81f3\u5c114200\u52a0\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9019\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8aaa\uff0c\u9019\u7b46\u52a9\u5b78\u91d1\u6050\u5927\u5e45\u7e2e\u6e1b\u81f33000\u52a0\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7a76\u7adf\u662f\u5426\u5982\u6b64\uff1fCBC\u8a62\u554f\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5c31\u696d\u548c\u793e\u6703\u767c\u5c55\u90e8\uff08ESDC\uff09\u3002\u4e00\u4f4d\u767c\u8a00\u4eba\u5728\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u4e2d\u5beb\u9053\uff1a\u201c\u66f4\u591a\u7d30\u7bc0\u5c07\u5728\u9069\u7576\u6642\u5019\u516c\u5e03\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u6230\u7565\u5354\u6703 Usher\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u52a9\u5b78\u91d1\u7684\u660e\u986f\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c07\u5c0e\u81f4\u4f9d\u8cf4\u52a9\u5b78\u91d1\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u8ca0\u50b5\u589e\u52a0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ed6\u89e3\u91cb\u8aaa\uff0c\u65e9\u57282019\u5e74\uff0c\u7b26\u5408\u689d\u4ef6\u7684\u5168\u65e5\u5236\u5b78\u751f\u6bcf\u5e74\u6700\u591a\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f9e\u52a0\u5dde\u5b78\u751f\u88dc\u52a9\u91d1\uff08CSG\uff09\u9818\u53d63000\u52a0\u5143\u3002\u57282019\u5e74\u7684\u9078\u8209\u4e2d\uff0c\u81ea\u7531\u9ee8\u627f\u8afe\u5c07\u88dc\u52a9\u91d1\u63d0\u9ad8\u5230\u6bcf\u5e744200\u52a0\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u57282020\u5e744\u6708\u65b0\u51a0\u75ab\u60c5\u521d\u671f\u5c01\u9396\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u6c7a\u5b9a\u5c07\u88dc\u52a9\u91d1\u63d0\u9ad8\u5230\u6bcf\u5e74\u6700\u9ad86000\u52a0\u5143\u3002\u8a72\u9805\u8cc7\u52a9\u8a08\u5283\u7e8c\u671f\u81f32023\u5e747\u6708\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u57282023\u5e74\u7684\u9810\u7b97\u4e2d\uff0c\u9019\u7b46\u6b3e\u9805\u6e1b\u5c11\u52304200\u52a0\u5143\uff0c2024\u5e74\u7684\u9810\u7b97\u4e5f\u662f\u5982\u6b64\u3002\u8a72\u6c34\u5e73\u53c8\u7dad\u6301\u4e86\u4e00\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2025 \u5104\u52a0\u5143\uff0c\u4f46\u6b64\u5f8c\u6bcf\u5e74\u90fd\u6703\u7565\u6709\u6e1b\u5c11\uff0c\u76f4\u5230 2030 \u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alex
