News\u8207\u300a\u74b0\u7403\u90f5\u5831\u300b\u5831\u9053\uff0c\u8a72\u898f\u5247\u662f\u7f8e\u570b\u7e3d\u7d71\u7279\u6717\u666e\u65bc1\u670820\u65e5\u7c3d\u7f72\u7684\u201c\u4fdd\u8b77\u7f8e\u570b\u4eba\u6c11\u514d\u906d\u5165\u4fb5\u201d\u884c\u653f\u547d\u4ee4\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u6240\u6709\u975e\u6c38\u4e45\u5c45\u6c11\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8a72\u547d\u4ee4\u6307\u793a\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u571f\u5b89\u5168\u90e8\uff08DHS\uff09\u201c\u78ba\u4fdd\u5916\u570b\u4eba\u6839\u64da\u300a\u79fb\u6c11\u548c\u570b\u7c4d\u6cd5\u300b\u7b2c262\u689d\u5c65\u884c\u5411\u653f\u5e9c\u767b\u8a18\u7684\u7fa9\u52d9\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u547d\u4ee4\u8981\u6c42\u6240\u670914\u6b72\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u201c\u5916\u570b\u4eba\u201d\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u505c\u7559\u8d85\u904e30\u5929\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u9032\u884c\u767b\u8a18\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u63a1\u96c6\u6307\u7d0b\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u53e6\u6709\u8c41\u514d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6b64\u8209\u4e43\u7279\u6717\u666e\u653f\u5e9c\u6253\u64ca\u975e\u6cd5\u79fb\u6c11\u548c\u7121\u8b49\u79fb\u6c11\u52aa\u529b\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4f46\u7f8e\u570b\u516c\u6c11\u53ca\u79fb\u6c11\u670d\u52d9\u5c40\uff08US CFR 264.1(b)\u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u8a3b\u518a\u8b49\u64da\u6587\u4ef6\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4e14\u672a\u63d0\u4ea48 CFR 264.1(a)\u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u8868\u683c\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4e5f\u672a\u63d0\u4f9b\u6307\u7d0b\uff08\u9664\u975e\u8c41\u514d\uff09\uff0c\u5247\u4e0d\u4e88\u8a3b\u518a\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5c1a\u672a\u767b\u8a18\u7684\u5916\u570b\u4eba\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf \u672a\u7d93\u6aa2\u67e5\u548c\u8a8d\u53ef\uff0c\u6216\u7d93\u6aa2\u67e5\u548c\u5047\u91cb\u800c\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u5883\u5167\u7684\u5916\u570b\u4eba\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf 264.1(a)\u7684\u5916\u570b\u4eba\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7533\u8acb\u7ae5\u5e74\u5165\u5883\u66ab\u7de9\u9063\u8fd4\u6216\u81e8\u6642\u4fdd\u8b77\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u4f46\u672a\u7372\u5f97\u767b\u8a18\u8b49\u660e\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8cbc\u6587\u5f37\u8abf\uff0c\u4e0d\u9075\u5b88\u898f\u5b9a\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u5211\u4e8b\u6216\u6c11\u4e8b\u8655\u7f70\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9055\u8005\u5c07\u88ab\u7f70\u6b3e\u6216\u9677\u5165\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9ebb\u7169<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7d10\u7d04\u5dde\u7684Berardi
