src=\"\">\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u806f\u90a6\u653f\u5e9c\u6628\u5929\u5ba3\u5e03\u4e09\u5927\u6551\u6fdf\u63aa\u65bd\u3001\u7e3d\u984d\u8d85\u904e60\u5104\u52a0\u5143\u7684\u63f4\u52a9\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u53d7\u95dc\u7a05\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u4e26\u653e\u5bec\u4e00\u4e9b\u5c31\u696d\u4fdd\u96aa (EI) \u898f\u5247\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u53d7\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u5de5\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7f8e\u570b\u5927\u7bc4\u570d\u5fb5\u6536\u95dc\u7a05\u5c07\u5c0d\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7d93\u6fdf\u9020\u6210\u6bc0\u6ec5\u6027\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5c08\u5bb6\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u9019\u5c07\u5c0e\u81f4\u6578\u5341\u842c\u4eba\u5931\u696d\uff0c\u4e26\u5c0d\u5b89\u5927\u7565\u7701\u6c7d\u8eca\u696d\u7b49\u95dc\u9375\u884c\u696d\u9020\u6210\u56b4\u91cd\u7834\u58de\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u653f\u5e9c\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u672c\u5468\u5c0d\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5fb5\u6536\u4e86\u4e0d\u5408\u7406\u7684\u95dc\u7a05\uff0c\u7834\u58de\u4e86\u6210\u529f\u7684\u8cbf\u6613\u5925\u4f34\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u7f8e\u570b\u4eba\u548c\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u4eba\u7684\u6210\u672c\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u806f\u90a6\u653f\u5e9c\uff0c\u5c07\u4f7f\u7528\u4e00\u5207\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u5de5\u4eba\u80fd\u5920\u6e21\u904e\u9019\u5834\u98a8\u66b4\uff0c\u634d\u885b\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7684\u5c31\u696d\u6a5f\u6703\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5ba3\u5e033\u5927\u6551\u6fdf\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u8b77\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u5de5\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\u3001\u555f\u52d5\u4e00\u9805\u540d\u70ba\u201c\u8cbf\u6613\u5f71\u97ff\u8a08\u5283\u201d\uff08Trade Impact Program)\uff0c\u8a72\u8a08\u5283\u7531\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u51fa\u53e3\u767c\u5c55\u5c40\u767c\u8d77\uff0c\u5c07\u5f9e\u4eca\u5e74\u958b\u59cb\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u5728\u5169\u5e74\u5167\u6295\u5165 50 \u5104\u5143\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u51fa\u53e3\u5546\u70ba\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7522\u54c1\u958b\u62d3\u65b0\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u4e26\u5e6b\u52a9\u4f01\u696d\u61c9\u5c0d\u95dc\u7a05\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4ed8\u4e0d\u8d77\u6b3e\u3001\u8ca8\u5e63\u6ce2\u52d5\u3001\u7f3a\u4e4f\u73fe\u91d1\u6d41\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u64f4\u5f35\u969c\u7919\u6240\u9020\u6210\u7684\u640d\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2\u3001\u901a\u904e\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5546\u696d\u767c\u5c55\u9280\u884c\u63d0\u4f9b 5 \u5104\u52a0\u5143\u512a\u60e0\u8cb8\u6b3e\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u53d7\u95dc\u7a05\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u884c\u696d\u4f01\u696d\u53ca\u5176\u4f9b\u61c9\u93c8\u4e2d\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u3002\u4f01\u696d\u9084\u5c07\u53d7\u76ca\u65bc\u8ca1\u52d9\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u5e02\u5834\u591a\u5143\u5316\u7b49\u9818\u57df\u7684\u8aee\u8a62\u670d\u52d9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\u3001\u901a\u904e\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u8fb2\u696d\u4fe1\u8cb8\u9280\u884c\u63d0\u4f9b 10 \u5104\u5143\u65b0\u878d\u8cc7\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u8fb2\u696d\u548c\u98df\u54c1\u884c\u696d\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u969c\u7919\u3002\u9019\u9805\u8cb8\u6b3e\u5c07\u5e6b\u52a9\u89e3\u6c7a\u73fe\u91d1\u6d41\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u4f7f\u4f01\u696d\u80fd\u5920\u9069\u61c9\u65b0\u7684\u904b\u71df\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u7e7c\u7e8c\u4f9b\u61c9\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u4eba\u4f9d\u8cf4\u7684\u512a\u8cea\u8fb2\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u98df\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u70ba\u4e86\u4fdd\u8b77\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u4f01\u696d\u514d\u906d\u60e1\u610f\u6536\u8cfc\uff0c\u806f\u90a6\u653f\u5e9c\u9084\u66f4\u65b0\u4e86\u300a\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u6295\u8cc7\u6cd5\u6307\u5357\u300b\uff0c\u4ee5\u5728\u7d93\u6fdf\u9762\u81e8\u524d\u6240\u672a\u6709\u7684\u6311\u6230\u6642\u4fdd\u8b77\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u516c\u53f8\u3002\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u653f\u5e9c\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u901a\u904e\u958b\u653e\u548c\u53ef\u9810\u6e2c\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u74b0\u5883\u6b61\u8fce\u5916\u570b\u6295\u8cc7\uff0c\u4f46\u5fc5\u9808\u62d2\u7d55\u53ef\u80fd\u640d\u5bb3\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7d93\u6fdf\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u5916\u570b\u6295\u8cc7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u652f\u6301\u4f01\u696d\u5916\uff0c\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u9084\u6709\u5c0d\u5de5\u4eba\u652f\u6301\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u66ab\u6642\u653e\u5bec\u4e86EI\u798f\u5229\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u5141\u8a31\u54e1\u5de5\u5728\u6e1b\u5c11\u5de5\u4f5c\u6642\u9593\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u7372\u5f97\u90e8\u5206 EI \u798f\u5229\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u81e8\u6642\u63aa\u65bd\u5c07\u589e\u52a0\u8a72\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u53ef\u53ca\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u5ef6\u9577\u9019\u4e9b\u798f\u5229\u7684\u901a\u5e38\u53ef\u7372\u5f97\u6642\u9593\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u52de\u5de5\u90e8\u9577Steven
